MathPath

Refund Policy

Effective September 13, 2026

Short version: every new subscription — monthly or yearly — starts with a 7-day free trial. Cancel any time before it ends and you are never charged. Once the trial ends, your card is billed automatically and the subscription renews at the interval you picked until you cancel.

The free trial

When you subscribe, MathPath collects your payment card up front but does not charge it for 7 days. If you cancel before the trial ends, you pay nothing. If your subscription reaches the end of the trial without a valid payment method on file, it is cancelled automatically rather than left active unpaid.

Billing

MathPath offers two plans:

Whichever plan you pick, it renews automatically at the same price and interval until cancelled. The 7-day free trial applies either way. Payment is processed by Stripe.

How to cancel

Open Account → Manage billing / cancel subscription while signed in to cancel yourself, any time. You can also email support@mathpathrehab.com if you'd rather we do it for you. Either way, cancelling stops future renewals; it does not retroactively refund a period you've already been charged for. You keep access through the end of the period you already paid for.

Refunds

Because you can always cancel before the trial ends and pay nothing, we do not offer refunds for the current billing period once you've been charged, except where required by law. If there were genuine extenuating circumstances, contact us — we review requests like that case by case, at our discretion.

Billing errors

If you believe you were charged incorrectly — for example, charged after you believe you already cancelled — email us within 30 days of the charge and we will investigate and correct any error we find.
